StaffTechs interviews all applicants and conducts extensive testing and screening for all potential employees prior to placement. This allows your company to maintain focus on its core business. Our Company prefers to use Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to clearly articulate and define the expectations of our clients and contractors. SLAs are used to build a strong relationship by setting the expectations of the placement prior to signing a contract for the delivery of essential services and for the continuous improvement of those services. SLAs are intended to protect the interests of all parties.

We attract exceptionally skilled field employees and a large number of exceptionally qualified personnel. The Company’s portfolio of candidates include professionals in IT consulting, project support, computer programming, database design and administration, Web portals and hosting, server migration, software developers, networking and security consulting.

Our resource managers discuss your organization’s requirements at length and extensively qualify all of our candidates. This is part of our initial meeting process. We provide your company with a wide range of hiring options. This makes it easy to place positions needed for the specified time required. If the requirements change, we offer flexibility to develop a plan to change with your company’s needs as they occur. The position(s) – contract, temp-to-hire or direct hire – must be filled with the right candidate(s) the first time.

StaffTechs issues customized skills testing only to those applicants that we believe are the best fit for the position. Skills testing can occur in preparation for, or following the interview processes, based on any combination of candidate screening, judgment of our recruiting team and/or as pre-defined during the initial meeting. Our skills testing process features a highly-effective, online program allowing us to objectively test each applicant using more than 800 validated assessments and superior technology. All employees conform to client company policies, practices and procedures while under contract. We carry General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and abide by all federal, state and local tax regulations.

Providing the Services to Meet Your Needs…

Our Company’s billing system provides your company the flexibility needed for invoicing. We provide authorized time sheets and travel receipts with our invoices for support and justification. Our time tracking system, invoices and receipts are all DCAA compliant.
In addition, we can provide any of the following services:

  • Provide professionals with security clearances
  • Furnish employee health benefits
  • Supply online sexual harassment training to all employees
  • Collect and monitor time worked, using an online time tracking solution that automates billing, payroll and project accounting
  • Secure payroll funding and contractors
  • Compute payroll amounts, withholdings, process payroll checks and pay all employees
